“Laurence and Meg were very helpful and were swift to help me set up my account. Even when I kept going back to them for more and more help, they never hesitated and were very patient and understanding in their approach. The online chat feature is also instantaneous and you never have to wait long for answers. I will definitely recommend yay.com”

“AS a domestic home user was getting fed up being bounced between BT, Virgin & Sky's computer says no mentality. On verge of loosing home telephone number went for an internet phone option with Yay! - friendly & enthusiastic staff on end of phone (no 10 minute waits here). Explained logic & options clearly and efficiently. Very impressive and efficient. Order placed 6/3/17 and phone line transfer due to be completed 16/3/17 (not quite yet but all seems good so far).”

“Yay are always extremely helpful whenever I have an issue with my phone system. They come back to me within an hour to help and always have a fix. I would like to say a big thank you to Meg for her help. She knew straight away what she was doing, even though it was something simple that I didn't think of. Great customer service!”
