“Today I had an issue and was unable to receive calls, this was user error. The wonderful team were able to assist me in getting upwardly mobile and furthermore they were able to help me set up the voicemail facility. As a small business owner this has been invaluable and to be able to have such professional help on the end of the phone is worth it's weight in gold. Thank you so much”

“The customer service is second to none, you can buy voip services from a multitude of suppliers but with Yay.com there is someone in the UK at the end of a phone to help you. That counts for a lot given that what they offer is also competitive. For me Yay.com is the first and only choice.”

“I have just opened a business and could not get my telephone line to work. I called Yay.com and my phone was answered by a lovely gentleman called TOBY. He was very patient and helpful. He set up the phone line and tested it for me to make sure it was working. Toby then emailed me FAQ link and my phone details if I ever needed them. He was very efficient! Very happy with the service. Cakebox xx”
