I had a very positive experience earlier when calling Yay.com for some technical help. I needed some anssistance assigning a new name and number on one of our phone handsets in preparation of a new member of staff joining our company next week. Dom kindly offered to dial into my PC and was able to carry out the changes with minimum fuss. I have always found the staff at Yay very positive and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your amazing support!

My problem took a long time to resolve but Bertie was very persistent in getting to the route of the problem. He was at all times very helpful, pleasant and very diligent. Great job.

I've been with Yay for over a year now and I'm impressed with their services. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer flexibility that benefits my business. The online platform is easy to use, and I can opt to make calls on my desktop, my mobile phone, or my Grandstream desk phone. Most of all, I'm impressed with their customer service! Dom was knowledgeable, helpful, assuring and patient. He helped me navigate through all the things I needed to change and the customer experience was pleasant! I a a happy customer and I highly recommend using Yay...it's a real "yay!!!", I have to say when Dom sorted everything for me.

We needed a change to our telephony system, which was more complex than we initially anticipated. Junaid talked us through the process, explained how we could manage it and took the time to then follow up with me to ensure everything was working as it should. Very good response times and clear and helpful customer service from Junaid and colleagues.
