I had a few issues setting up my PBX system. I got in touch with the team at Yay, and received helpful, friendly E-Mail support. When I was still struggling to get the system working, Laurence assisted me on the phone, and using a remote-assistance program, and we managed to get the system sorted.

Very quick to answer calls and everyone I've spoken to is very helpful..........sometimes it seems like I'm getting conflicting advice, but after a few Victor Meldrew moments (which gives you my age) yesterday. You have sorted me this morning. The website is good but still not simple enough for me.......and .withkout the personal touch your service would be a disaster on par wioth most of the banks, not to mention Vodafone

The ability to engage in LiveChat which was very quick and efficient as opposed to phoning a call centre and waiting ages to speak to the right person. My sincere thanks.

When I had an issue (my fault by the way) Meg, (my support agent) was very happy to help, going beyond what I expected and remotely correcting the problem and then giving me very simple follow up instructions to get up and running. Excellent customer service!

Being a non techy guy, I've asked for help a few times over the last few months, every time I've spoken to someone at Yay.com, whether it be email, live chat or on the phone, they have explained everything in a terminology I can understand. I've always been able to get through to someone too, which is a rarity these days... Not only would I recommend Yay for the services they provide, but also for their technical backup and after sales when needed. I'm now saving more money than I thought, plus I've got a fantastic call centre to speak to if needed. Thanks to the guys at Yay.com, you're great!

I was around in the 60's when there was this thing called "Good old fashioned service", you know, when stopping at a garage for petrol meant you never got out of your car, when you we're saluted by the RAC or AA, and when shop keepers remembered that the customer was king. I was convinced that this type of service was gone forever until I came across YAY.com to say they go far beyond the expected service of today's businesses is an understatement. YAY's website is simply a dream to use, very easy to understand, NO hidden costs, just plain easy cost effective services, its an absolute breath of fresh air. YAY also answer emails the SAME DAY and their staff have a superb telephone manner. If you are considering any or YAY's services or products my advice is look no further, I guarantee you will not find a better service anywhere. I looked at over 15 providers before I came across YAY and within minutes I was booking my services and products.
