Not only have these guys got me set up with two VOIP lines to replace my two landlines SUPER cheap (I was paying about £50 for one of the lines before, now both the lines are about £12 for the two!) But also the support team are amazing! No question is too stupid, and they are so happy to walk you through the setup. Plus they always answer my calls really quickly. Seriously, this is how customer support should be, and moving to VOIP lines was something I should have done ages ago. (My home router 'Go-Box 100' and Gigaset wireless phones only cost about about two months worth of rental on my old lines and the phones just act like they always did anyway!)

An absolutely outstanding VOIP provider, what sets them apart is the customer service, one call and they solve my issue whatever that might be. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been having great problems with the telephone and have spent over 2 hours over a few days on all the problems, the last 2 days on the phone not holding its registration however this morning 26th it appears to be sorted, fingers crossed. If not my review may change.

I had a complicated issue with my line connection. Junaid sorted it out when others were having issues. I have been with Yay for almost 2 years and they are really fantastic.

I dealt with a very helpful man called Sol. It was a much easier experience than i tought it would be. Sol made things very simple for me to understand and reassured me the entire time. I have used yay for several years now. Their customer service is very good and I have never had any issues with the service. I would highly recommend this for any business as the flexibility and professionalism is an asset to any company.
