“I've been using yay for 5 months now. Service has been great so far. I had a very small issue at the start but their friendly and super professional customer service helped me through it in a few minutes. They are head and shoulders above any VOIP phone provider I've used before and because of the nature of my work, I have used many of them so I have a good idea of what their competitors are doing and for my experience yay are the leaders when it comes to quality and customer service. When businesses subscribe to a service, they want to know that they are looked after and you get that feeling with yay. There is room for improvement on their mobile apps but that applies to any app I use on my phone. However, their customer service will put a smile on your face and remind you of what an excellent services they provide.”

“It's my first purchase through https://yay.com/, was good. User dashboard is missing some features like the list of pre-ordered domains, list of pre-authorised transactions.. we can't even see in the dashboard, even my card is charged but I have nothing to show someone. Another option may be, reserve all the pre-ordered domains, then user chooses one or more and pays for that, and then release all others if user asks for to free it.”
