Sincere thanks to Jez and his colleagues for the painstaking and thorough completion of our order today, for a VoiP account. Despite problems caused by Betty-Ann's bank, and then by the rather old hardware to be used for the account, all is now AOK. We were very impressed by the friendly and capable assistance provided by Jez. Happy Christmas to you all!

We live in a rural location with landline board band speeds of between 200 & 400Kbps (yes that's right its more or less hopeless). Some time ago we turned off this shocking service from BT via the Openreach network. We a little study time we worked out that the EE network could offer better broadband via a mobile router and now get speeds of 10 to 20 Mbps at all times in our house. This was like a revolution for us, for the first time we could stream video and use catch up services! So as we have plenty of data now, we thought why pay BT £23 per month for a landline plus extortionate fees for calls and ad-ons? We found out about Yay.com from a friend. Setting up a VOIP phone adaptor, linking it to the mobile router and adapting it to the house phone wiring loop was quite easy too. Yay.com's team were exceptionally helpfully. We now use their Pay G residential service at around £3.50 per month including VAT. Call rates at 1p per minute to landlines and 7p per mobile are great value compared to BT too. Thank you to the Yay.com team, a great service provided. A++

I have been with Yay.com for a few months but have only recently taken advantage of all of the features offered. The website is extremely easy to use, even with little prior knowledge of VoIP. I had one issue that was quickly fixed with a phone call. I would heartily recommend yay.com to anyone requiring their services.

Great support, never used or set up a system and they did it all over phone in 5 mins. Soon as it was done received a call. Number porting was so easy as well. Looking forward to playing with the dashboard and seeing what I can do. Never go back to BT

The System: Somehow after all this time of testing all kinds of VOIP systems, I've never found something so easy and intuitive to use, to the point that non-technical / IT users can grasp understanding of how it works. The fact you can change everything to your liking truly makes for a system that works for you, rather than you working around the system which in my book is always a key factor. Customer Services: Our main point of contact was Jez and well, he was incredible with us. Went above and beyond compared to what I'm used to. Whether it be me bugging him about the simplest of questions or getting a hand in setting up the company back-end. I couldn't fault him in any way, he was always there willing to help. Overall I'm incredibly happy with both the system and customer service provided by yay.com and look forward to what the future may bring.
