Setting up a new ViOP system seemed really complicated but Meg and Daisy talked me through every stage and now I understand how it all works. Great service! Thank you.

This is my second experience of Yay.com, the first being what made me want to use their services. Setting up your communications with Yay is a doddle. It's a really fast and very friendly service. Who ever you talk to, the staff at Yay could almost be a personal friend. Be it for business and or home use and when you want a service that does what it says on the box, without any complications or hidden bull, then look no further. It's almost easier than making a cup of tea. A quick call to Yay.com and around 20 to 30 or so minutes later you have a new phone number that's ready to use strait away. Porting your existing number over to Yay is also so easy, so on need to send out lots of messages informing all and sundry about a number change. The only negative for me and its quite insignificant really is there website looks a little busy, but that's me being quite picky. All in all I would say the service that Yay provide is a real game changer and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Any company that provides a communications service that charges line rental or just high cost of running should be quaking in there boots. Well done Yay.com for providing a first class service

I like these guys. They're very efficient at what they do and anytime I have called for advice, they have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

Great, friendly service. super clear on what i needed to do and set up and management of the call was brilliant. Daisy looked after me to get my outgoing number set up and took me through it so it was very painless and easy! Nice One!

Contacted Yay today for the first time and I was looking for a one stop shop for all my VOIP needs. Within minutes they sorted me out with the hardware and subscriptions that I needed, answering my questions at lightening speed on their online chat. This is what customer service should be and I look forward to being a Yay customer for quite some time.

Meg was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I believe the service and the package is very good value for money. I would recommend Meg and Yay.com highly.

The support and customer service is unusually good. The answers come quickly and they are almost always positive and friendly. The service itself seems to work well, though we have just been testing it for a couple of days.

Such a great price for so many features! I thought may be the support may be proper hard to get hold of or something as it was almost too good to be true, but they r incredible. I get a real person every singel time & they all know there stuff. They even have the patiance of a saint & believe me I tested it with my limited knowlidge! Keep it up Yay we need more companys like you!!

Daisey and Meg were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as patient. They assisted me within minutes to install my VOIP system and advised me on what technical equipment would best suit my needs. The customer care was first rate and I would recommend Yay.com on this basis alone having experienced a terrible service with another voip provider.

Under the current company, this is the first time that I have dealt with Laurence, but whilst working with other clients I have had many dealings... Laurence is friendly, helpful, polite and really goes above and beyond to help. I've worked in IT for some time and its rare to find customer services that is friendly and personal but not only that, when it turned out i'd made a really stupid mistake Laurence fixed it, explained why and made me feel like far less of an idiot (I mean, who really misses setting up encryption on both the server side and the client side?) . Massive thank you to Laurence and the Yay Team (If it we're possible, Laurence would definitely get a pint on me).... Cheers Guys! Louis (Onbrand Networks)
