***** 5 star service all round great service - on the rare occasion when Ive had an issue with systems or needed to make changes Yay have been able to resolve within an hour - pretty impressive Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

One of the most important things a company can provide is good customer service - because that's when you need them most. Yay has helped me recently in a number of ways, from helping my tidy up my plan to make sure I'm using the right one for me and helping troubleshoot some user issues. I was very impressed with how Yay helped me, not only were they quick to respond both by email and phone, but very clear and patient in what can be done. Yay is a great choice for us, because our team likes to make and answer calls in different ways, and Yay allows us to use desk phones, a web app, a desktop app or even on mobile. The product will get better with time (hence the 4 stars, it's not yet perfect), but the way they interact with their customers is really encouraging and is why I'm really happy using them

Really, really impressed. Sensible, polite people who quickly solved my problem - and phone answered quickly -what's not to like. If only all telecoms providers were this easy to do business with.

Yay.com offers excellent customer support and user friendly client's portal for easy configuration. I have been with Yay for over a year and since the service has been all smooth.

Konnor helped me today with a problem. Two of our 5 users were having outages and their phones were just not connecting, even after the usual steps of restarting the device. He started a screen share and quickly diagnosed the problem was a port issue. I couldn't have gotten my users back on the phones without him! As usual from YAY we had great friendly and quick support.

Happy yay.com customer for a few years now. Was tempted away by another service at one point because they had integration options, but the quality and service were years behind yay, so we switched back. To my delight soon after that yay introduced a range of integrations. They've been welcoming of and responsive to feedback too, which means the product just keeps getting better, and their support team are a delight to deal with. Have also used for 100+ domain registrations and would 10/10 recommend!
