Excellent, so helpful from the off, can't speak highly enough of Daisy's help trying to help with transferring a number across from another company which has turned out to be quite the opposite, absolutely incompetent. I have no hesitation recommending the yay team, they take the mystique out of setting up and managing voip lines

Ordered a phone for an additional user. Arrived promptly. Called Yay and got through to an exceptionally helpful girl in about 30 seconds. She offered to set it up for me or talk me through how to do it. I was busy so opted for her to do it, which took less than 2 minutes. Rebooted the phone. job done. Slight technical hitch so I phoned back, got Grace, and it was sorted in less than 3 minutes. Service doesn't get better than that. Well done.

Why go for a extra landline when you have a service provider such as Yay? The service is unbelievably good, i.e. EXCELLENT. And the support too! in fact I think there is an error in the star rating as 5 stars should be be labelled EXCELLENT SERVICE. As we grow we will add more lines from YAY! and not from BT, Sky , TalkTalk or any other mediocre telecoms operator. Keep up the great work.

Matt and the team at Yay.com provide a first-rate service and have given invaluable advice throughout the whole process. The dashboard is also very user friendly. You should look no further for a VOIP provider.

Being a technophobe I struggled getting yay onto my phone. One very patient young lady took me through the process and then helped again when I made a hash of the answer phone. 12/10 Thank you.

I spoke to Grace on live chat. She was incredible! She didn't just answer my query she set up my out of office routing then she even offered to set up the bank holiday routing. It's a level of customer service you just don't expect anymore, with companies regularly direct you to instruction videos. By Grace doing it for me, she saved my time, money and headaches! Well I'm super happy because as a start-up business I wanted the ease of being able to monitor my spend, calls, give my business a professional image with hold music, directing calls whilst not spending all of my budget on the setup that other companies offered. I was up and running in minutes and the support is great. My estate agency has not once been hindered by YAY and even whilst in the USA I was still able to carry on my business like I was still in the office. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SUPPORT, GREAT PRICES!

One of the best companies I've come across. Very helpful support staff, great prices, great product, great website. I tested this out myself linked with Unifi VoIP phones, its perfect. I've now rolled this out to 3 of my customers combined with Grandstream phones in the warehouse. Keep up the good work and don't change! Jack @ JHE

I received a product that had already opened, the seal was broken and there was a piece of rubbish in the box. Product was fine and worked ok but felt like I received a second hand product and paid full price for it. Called as soon as goods arrived was offered a call back, no return call was made , still waiting.

Hello Alistair. We're very sorry to hear this. We ship a little over 5000 products a weeks & this is the only negative comment we've ever had, so we're all very disappointed. Meg tried to contact you on the 2 numbers we have for you following your call to Laurence, but there was no answer on both lines. The documents within the box are part of the standard literature and whilst I know you commented to Laurence these were rubbish, I'm afraid thats what the product comes with.
