“We've been using the reseller platform for a few months now, over this time we've had to contact support about queries and the odd problem. The best thing about the Yay support is they don't just point you towards a helpdesk article without actually reading your request, they make sure they understand your problem and always go above and beyond to help. All the support staff we have dealt with have not only had excellent customer service skills, but a great technical ability and understanding, it's clear they understand the system thoroughly and genuinely want to help.”
