“Yay are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and just nice. The network / service - so far - is faultless. I was sceptical and a little nervous, changing from standard ISDN business lines over to SIP. No need. The quality of the line is way better than the old landline. The configuration options make working from just about anywhere possible. I only hope Yay stay as they are and don't grow into some massive company that forgets how to look after their customers. Well done.”

“What a fantastic service I received from Yay in setting up my VoIP phone. Laurence was prepared to go above and beyond his working hours to help me set up my VoIP. Laurence and Matt give 100% customer satisfaction and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Yay.com. I did find setting up my VoIP account and phone difficult but Laurence was only too pleased to assist me and offered to set this up for me. Well done Yay, Laurence and Matt. I am one happy customer. “Please note that we are told your stuff is very good. We have not yet been able to install it so a review is not possible. To begin with we have to find a provider who eill give us broadband without a landline, maybe plusnet? \who knows, we have to deal with that before we install your good product. For interest's ske, if you want to get back to us later, feel free. With every good wish”

“5 stars is not enough! I ordered 3 phone numbers + a phone to use them. Easy to set up and all working perfectly. Great quality lines + at a seriously low cost. Website is really well designed and intuitive too. Can't recommend highly enough.”
