“Hi ! I was ''working'' with a couple different staff member (cant remember the first gentlemen's name) but i was also working with Meg, Both very helpful with my issue! was suggested a bunch of potential problems, i am not sure what the end solution was but i turned off google assitent, bluetooth, and all i know is that i can now make calls using WIfi here, but not with my 4g DATA plan... so i think it is blocked here in Guatemala... Thnks!”

“Stunning service -- as VOIP Newbe --I needed to reduce my landline cost overhead - Yay just made it simple and bundled in more features that BT or ATT in the US would offer. Plain and simple and leaves going "I got that and it works" with no real sweat. The YAY help desk team just bust their BXXts to support, lead and show with great style. Oh the technolgy works as designed without workarounds. Thanks and happy to say try it and you will end up delighted.”

“Yay are fantastic! They offer a very high quality VOIP offering that I have been using in my home for around 8 months. I have a very simple setup, i.e. I connect my home phones to the adaptor and have a very simple call route plan in place. Their support is brilliant. They are always quick to pick up the phone and are friendly and very knowledgeable. I am an IT director so often get technical, but they always have the answers. Highly Recommend!”

“Yay.com are always incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My most recent call to customer services was to set up new phones which Raffi dealt with quickly and efficiently, in the usual calm and friendly manner we always receive. Thank you!”
