The Yay.com staff are always super helpful whenever I call. Don't lose your 'small team-happy to help' feel. This is a stark contrast to most in the telecoms industry and why I would recommend Yay. I would consider the fact I can call and speak to one of a small team who I can recognise a real USP.

I have recently been dealing with a variety of companies for various products. By far the level of service, patience and speed that Yay.com have been dealing with my account, I honestly can say I would not hesitate to recommend them. Moreover the price is very competitive! I can't believe how helpful you guys are. I have had more communication from you in 2 weeks as you arrange my number transfer than my previous provider did in 8 yrs. I look forward to using your service fully once the transfer has gone through & it seems like I have picked the right company to use. Very very impressed.

I was introduced to Yay.com buy buying a phone from them via Amazon - which I was originally going to use with another provider. I thought I'd check them out though as they were offering a trial service... and it knocked my socks off compared to the provider I was planning to use! The interface is modern and easy to use, and lets my small company appear much bigger than it really is by having proper phone menus and a 03 number. The platform is reliable, and the few times I've had problems their customer service team have aways been very prompt, courteous and professional in resolving my issues. The service is great value especially compared to what I've been quoted by the likes of BT in the past! Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class service - the initial set up had some new aspects that I wasnt familiar with and Daisy and Meg were happy to talk me through them. Later when we switched our number over we had a problem with our broadband provider and even though this wasnt their problem Daisy bent over backwards to help me provide my BB supplier with the right information to sort it out. The system itself is very very versatile with many features included that other providers charge for. The configuration platform is pretty straightforward but even if it gets a bit confusing, the team are on the phone to talk you through it. Yay.com is already working out to be cheaper than our previous bundled phone package AND it has much more flexibility allowing us to give our customers better service. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
