Great So Far! Daisy and Konnor have been amazing at answering my queries during the trial period to see if we can streamline our comms from several suppliers to just one!

Excellent in every way. Although I'm only a small customer, I'm never made to feel like it, the team always have time. Setup is simple (even for a technophobe such as myself) and runs exactly as you'd expect. Can't rate highly enough

I have enjoyed working with Yay.com as a customer. The only reason I haven’t given a five is because of difficulties with porting over the number. It may have been the thoughts of the other companies involved, but I ended up paying quite a lot with my new broadband provider who isn’t yay.com.

Had a minor issue to do with the telephone hardware - not YAY's problem really, but within a few seconds, their support had given me the in formation I needed and I was up and running again. Great service as always

Very impressed with the service and truly impressed with customer service, nothing seems to much bother and they will actually call you back and let you know what they did. This is unheard of generally on a phone service. Thanks

About two years, I started looking for a VoIP provider. Let's be honest, they all offered the same thing. But what makes Yay different and gives them that competitive advantage? For me, it's several things. 1) their willingness to help, 2) their efficiency in dealing with issues (turnaround time is superb), 3) the robustness of their system, 4) the ease of use of their portal and 5) their attitude towards their clients - they always put them first! You may find a service provider who will cost you a few pennies less per month, but at the end of the day in "terms of value" you won't get a better service from any other, Yay comes out on tops for me! I'd especially like to send a shout out to Konnor who has been helping me over the last two days. He is a rockstar! Also to Jez and Meg, you guys are amazing! Thanks to everyone for supporting us so well.
