The guys in Yay are great! They are very friendly, helpful, supportive and responsive. Bertie, Izzy, Conor, Matthew and Dom, they go to great lengths to sort out a number transfer that has issues. Keep up the good work!

We've been a Yay for many many years. Their product and customer service is fantastic! They're very personable unlike other companies which are very robotic and uncaring, the Yay team actually care about their customers and do what they can to help. Their 100% uptime record is a result of their amazing security protocols and crucial to a business.

There are some companies who you are comfortable working with and Yay.com is one of them. Been with them for a number of years now, and their systems just work! And when something does go wrong, because of something you did, they simply help you put it right, no fuss, quickly and efficiently, and if you could see them, probably with a smile of their face

I am on a free trial programme for the moment. I am dyslexic and not very good with technology in general. Also, not sure which programme will suit me. I've contacted the customer support number to ask some questions and Junaid a very kind supportive member of yay guided me through the app, how to use it, where to find the packages and gave me some information tips on what might help for my own needs. He never pressured or insisted on buying something on the spot, which I always find annoying when contacting a service. Excellent customer service.

Been with Yay for a few years now. Recently they were able to recover an important number that my Broadband provider had lost, and then they spent the time to ensure that it was all correctly provisioned. Great service as always, their staff are helpful and knowledgeable and nothing seems too much trouble.
