I was trying to setup my ip phone on the YAY control panel and had a few problems. Just as I was about to try another day I received a call from Conner from YAY support; just at the right time! Within 2 minutes he had me up and running. Great service, thanks Conner!

Yay is a wonderful provider and I honestly highly recommend them if you need to install voip for your business. Apart from the tech side, that we never had any issues, software is easy to install, directions are clear etc, their customer service is outstanding. They will do all the work for you, very promptly and give you detailed instructions if you have to do yourself. When there are any issues and your voip is not working they can log in remotely and fix for you. Finally their prices are very competitive which of course is an added value. We have been using them for about 2 years now and I would never consider changing provider. Keep up the good work Yay team!

Very happy with guys. I have been a VoIP user for nine years and as such used various providers. With yay, the portal is second to none and coded in a simple logical easily accessible manner. If there is an issue (and its only ever been user or 3rd party provider for transfer) then the small team are each individually competent and have the capacity of thinking on their feet. It really is a joy to have a service provider of this caliber. Thanks guys!

I just want to say that I had a really frustrating issue with my VOIP service . I called and got through to Jez. He was so pleasant, patient and helpful and stayed with me working through every possibility until all was resolved. It was annoying that it took so long but the manner of help from Jez was superb.. THANK YOU!

We signed up for a telephone line with Yay.com and their customer service was so good we then moved all of our other lines to them also. They made the process very simple and are very helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Yay,com made our company go 'YAY!' big time. Our previous supplier (e-receptionist) were giving us a hard time with porting our phone number over to Yay.com. The porting team at Yay.com was SUPER helpful, emailing our previous supplier directly, pushing them for all details required and eventually porting our number super quickly. After the number has been ported setting up the call routing, welcome message, music and voicemail was a breeze. So fun, simple, quick and easy. There's no comparison between our old supplier and Yay.com. Yay.com made our experience as easy and simple as possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution.

Excellent services combined with state of the art website. I’ve started using Yay products recently and since I’ve been in contact with Tech Support on a few occasions. I found Yay staff to be friendly and knowledgable in addition to crystal clear website - yay.com

We moved our phone system from another well known provider last year to Yay.com and it's been one of the best things we've done. As a multi-site business we needed a system agile enough to cope with our demands. The Yay platform has everything we need and more. The only downside is that it's all prepay whereas our old provider allowed Direct Debit payment - however, that didn't put us off as it's still well worth the switch. Very highly recommended.

I didn't know anything about VOIP but I needed more flexibility than I was getting from my existing landline provider. A colleague suggested yay.com so I called them and they explained how it all works. I decided to switch and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. Great team and yay.com, thank you
