“Very impresssed: with the call quality, the staff, the way a glitch was dealt with - quickly and with good humour, the tariffs etc. I spoke to an English person! (No noisy call centres with difficult to understand accents). I will recommend.”

“Overall Rating, Very Good would be an understatement - Yay.com are AMAZING! I do not have any negative criticisms for Yay.com! They are above and beyond any expectations. Customer service has been second to none, pricing is easy, straight-forward and extremely competitive. Would I move elsewhere? ..... Simple answer, NO. Support agents are forward thinking and will go above and beyond whenever you call or email and response rates are faster than I could of hoped for. From the moment of joining Yay as a new start-up business they are helpful and will recommend the most suitable product for your requirements and not try to sell something which is expensive and not necessary. They provide the scope to increase and decrease lines, users and numbers with ease and no long-term contracts. I must also comment on their store as well, also an extremely positive experience. I purchase telephones from them in an afternoon, and they were with me the following morning. Could not ask for more. Also, when plugging the phones in, so easy... especially with the help of the support staff.”

“As a long time VoIP user I have some advanced requirements that fit exactly with the way yay.com organizes their service. The ability to completely customize my extensions, number of SIP users and DID numbers is great as it custom fits my specific needs. The cost is competitive and the ability to PAYG is exactly what i need and look for. The quality of calls has been absolutely perfect so far. Last but not least, their customer service is truly first class. I was stressed out with the process of migrating DID numbers from a different provider at short notice, under the risk of loosing them, but the team was extremely helpful, patient and highly professional throughout. I now have my numbers and I couldn't be happier with my choice of provider. I highly recommend yay.com to all start-ups and young professionals, as well as anyone looking for a professional, cost-effective and caring service. I look forward to a long and successful relationship.”

“Everything a good online shopping experience should be. Great product, good price, quick dispatch and delivery together with relevant dispatch information. Had a slight problem setting it up (not Yay.com's fault) and their support gave me the right advice. Happy to do business with them again and happy to recommend them.”

“My company looked at dozens of businesses like Yay.com for over a week, adding them onto a spreadsheet and listing all their features and prices. Yay.com compared favourably with the best of them and the yay.com website was easier to understand than many, but what really swung our decision was the excellent and speedy customer service. During our search we sent many emails asking for clarification, and some companies (unlike YAY) have yet to reply. We received very quick replies to our three emails to YAY, despite the fact that the first was sent on a Friday evening and the other two were sent on a Saturday. These were no automated replies either. Each of their replies answered in full detail the specific questions we asked. “I ordered a cisco adapter from the Yay store that was delivered within 24 hours. There were a number of technical difficulties in setting it up and after Mark took me through various steps to resolve them, the problem still remained. He subsequently remotely accessed (with my permission) my desktop and after a number of attempts, finally solved the problem, allowing me to use the yay service. He also set up my voicemail and call route options. Fantastic service!”
