“absolutely amazing service our situation was a little unusual as we needed the service for a private line only cant fault anyone we have dealt with sales were great, number porting was simple and done exactly as requested followed by the tech support guy's getting us up and running in less than 15 minutes. brilliant, will recommend”

“The ordering process was easy, the number porting happened on plan and the service runs very well. For a UK user, moving from fixed landline to a modern Internet based phone system couldn’t have been easier. To round it off the tech support was excellent to get configuration finished. All round a highly recommended company and product.”

“All dealings with Xinix have been very good, any queries are answered promptly and courteously, whether that was by telephone, email or live chat. The actual porting of my landline number went without a hitch and was completed on time. Uzair rang before the switch to ensure that the ATA box had arrived in time, and after to ensure that all was working OK. Very good customer service.”
