“Uzair Sahi has patiently talked me through a number of different connection solutions until we finally achieved a temporary solution. My ISP has provided me with a Router with insufficient ports to accommodate modern life with just two outlets. To facilitate a connection I had ordered a “Splitter” this proved to be incompatible as Uzair and I eliminated the connection options to find the solution. This required great patience and a number of photos to guide the process. At the end I have had to disconnect the burglar alarm while Uzair facilities the delivery of a comparable splitter. Hopefully this will address the problem when Uzair will repatriate my original phone number. Sorted. This was a good three hours work!”

“Using my own VoIP adapter, I was not succeeding in entering the configuration correctly, Uzair arranged to take control of my computer and solved the problem, finding the advanced setting I had missed, and everything then worked fine. Good service!”

“I had a broadband landline bundle with Plusnet and took the opportunity of a contract renewal to unbundle leaving my broadband with Plusnet and moving my landline service to Xinix VOIP. We have had our home phone number for over 40 years and it was important to us to keep it. Xinix ported the number in a trouble free process, were unfailingly polite and helpful on the phone and treated my anxiety with understanding! The adapter was delivered in plenty of time and installation was very simple. We've had the service for two weeks now and has provideded excellent voice quality with no hitches. Very pleased with Xinix service.”

“We have had a trouble free transfer to a VOIP phone service, ie. to XINIX . All the communication has been on a very helpful and personalised basis yet remaining very professional efficient. Our last contact with Ali has been very effective in making the most of the informative parts of our contract. In short good stuff, many thanks. R.Jaworski”

“Was having trouble with my landline number, when dialling my number to my mobile it kept coming with another number and some where else in the country, submitted a ticket to customer support, received email from Uzair who must have passed the ticket on to Ally who rang me to tell me the number had been changed to my own landline number, i checked and sure enough my proper landline number was coming correctly on my mobile, i would like to praise Uzair and Ally for the help they both gave me thanks again”

“Had a preocular question for the customer support today. When dialling my mobile number from my landline, the landline number didn`t come up on my mobile screen but someone else`s did from another part of our country, got in touch with Uzair and Ally who changed the number all is well, much praise to both the person`s in helping me get my landline correctly thanks guys”
