I needed the timezone correcting on my VOIP home phone. Maryam was able to quickly do this for me and also give me the details so I can do it for myself another time.

I requested a VOIP from Xinix to take over my landline from EE/BT two days after I switched to FTP. An ATA arrived in advance to support my set of Panasonic phones, and it all went incredibly smoothly and on time. The audio clarity is excellent. Maryam was particularly pleasant and helpful.

Recently transferred to XINIX and Maseb was of tremendous assistance when I was making the connections to the phone lines at my 90 year old mothers house. So pleased to have made the switch to XINIX.

On the downside the adaptor arrived with no set up guide or instructions. We found them online (albeit very technical) and managed to set up the service...but it seemed to be set to DND and we couldn't get it off..... On the plus side - an online chat with the support team sorted it out in a couple of minutes. And- This is saving us about £35 a month over our previous broadband and phone provider....Great stuff

Xinix have made me very happy. Their customer service is excellent and I have reduced my broadband and landline bill from £66 to £40 by moving to them. I knew what was happening through all stages of the changeover. Their engineer phoned me twenty minutes before he arrived promptly at 08:00am and the change was completed by 09:24 am.

I was experiencing loads of issues with my phone and Ali and Uzair was not only extremely patient but very knowledgeable and resolved the multiple issues with ease, he is an asset to the company because he is both efficent and clear with a lovely demeanor . Very grateful, Jeremy M.

Uzair helped setup the yealink phone for xinix. He knows his stuff and was helpful coming back to me at various points to get it sorted. Only negative I'd say was his line was not very clear on most calls, sounded like he was talking through a gold-fish bowl.

Call from the Support Line by Ali was quite helpful in setting up the portal and the app - all went well. Thank you. Some limitations on the number of devices that can be set up as I was previously told it is 5 devices, but it was confirmed that only two devices will be shown on the portal not more. The customer service was quite efficient.

I contacted the helpline today as I had an issue with outgoing calls. The operator Tia was able to quickly resolve the issue and answer my questions. I was very happy with the support and service I received.
