Having successfully ported over my old landline number I requested that the temporary number be disconnected. This was action by Uzair very promptly keeping me fully informed.

Uzair was brilliant is tech support, helped us set up our whole system, took the time to demo everything and assist with all our business needs! Everything's been brilliant so far and cannot fault them for anything

Absolutely good value but a little temperamental by times where the phone doesn't ring when you are called but the massive plus is you can answered calls while you're out and your mobile

i have an on going issue with my grandstream box where the time does not change when the clocks go forward or back, So on two occasions now I have had the pleasure of talking to Maryam Shaheen in the technical dept to sort out my problem and I can say that Maryam is a pleasure to deal with and extremely understanding and helpful with a non computer literate person like myself, if it where possible I would give her 10 stars for her help and support, THANKYOU Xinix for the wonderful service you provide. This is a poor company who do not know how to return customers phone calls. Regrettably I have xinix broadband, I have poor WiFi connection. Even if I am sat next to the rueter my laptop or tv is struggling to obtain a signal. Poor customer service. I will never recommend them to friends or family.

Ali, was extremely good and efficient, he resolved several issues that I have had since starting with your service. Only 1 handset out of 4 was aswering calls and none could call out. Now all light up like Christmas Trees when a call comes in. He also connected my mobile so I can answer calls on landline when away from home. Brilliant and Thanks.

I have just ported over my number that I have had for nearly nearly 40 years. There was a minor problem that I reported but this was cleared very quickly by Ahsan.

I was very happy with the support I received when setting up my Voip Service with Xinix. I was particularly happy with the support Maryam provided. I have hearing difficulties at high frequencies but Maryam overcame these by talking clearly and slowly. She also had a good technical knowledge of the Xinix Voip Service and Yealink W70B products.

I lost service on my mobile app. I used the web chat service to resolve my issue. I must say this is the best chat service I have ever used. Brilliant :)

I had some minor issues with my Grandstream Landline replacement installation Set up, this was dealt with professionally and speedily by Maryam using remote access via my Laptop. Very pleased with the Service so far.
