Mr Uzair Is A Great Person To Talk And Have Such A Good Info Regarding His Job. Talked To Him For Arround An Hour And All My Queries Were Solved With Great Patience. Highly Recomended..

I have just signed up for full fibre internet and selected Xinix as a VOIP provider because BT won't allow Plusnet to offer a VOIP telephone service. The switchover took a few days to complete, XINIX sent me a box to link between the router and my Panasonic DECT phone. Unfortunately there was an issue with the region setting on the box, Uzair at XINIX was able to log in remotely to make good. Although I have only been with them for a few days I have found them to be very responsive and offer a quick customer service. Bodes well for the future.

The system would drop calls or overlap calls. Customers complained they would call with no answer. Checking logs we couldn't see the missed calls. Called for support on the issue and we were asked to inform them when this happens within 24 hours. How would we know when new sales enquiries were calling to identify this issue? They had multiple applications that required updating but you weren't informed of the updates so parts of the system would fail. Poor customer service support that you could barely hear when you called. I would recommend to go to BT business directly more functionality and a much lower cost much better service. Moving over we have had no complaints about missed calls that we cannot see on the system. No downtime and no poorly structured support resolution. Xinix management absolves themselves of any issues where possible rather than dealing with the issue. They looked competitive as a solution to begin with but total cost of their solution is not worthwhile. We lost a large amount of sales opportunities because of their system.

This is a brilliant service. I set my grandma up with xinix digital line and she has telecare also at her home. Maryam And her team have been very helpful to get this set up.

I have rarely dealt with a more conscientious service provider. The product, voip phone to replace the defunct copper system, was installed exactly as scheduled. A minor glitch occurred, dealt with very efficiently and effectively, by remarkably personable and knowledgeable staff. If only other companies worked in the same way... Thank you xinic and in particular Maryam who was the main contact.

Prompt help when needed. Courteous at all times and nothing seemed too much trouble. I am very pleased with the service I had from this company. Good advice on price of package which would suit me best. I would rate it 10 out of 10

I was stunned to discover that, since I have an ATA with two phone sockets, I can actually accept two incoming calls at the same time on ta single virtual line. Uzair explained to me that this was possible and provided free as a service. Very helpful!
