I moved from sky to virgin and unfortunately i didnā€™t swap my number over with virgin and wanted to go with Xinix as theyr much cheaper just for the land line. Mid way through they couldnā€™t get my number which has been in the family for almost 50years. Sky,Bt,virgin no one could port my number back. Momina and Hassan were my agents and tried their best and finally got my number back and on. Canā€™t believe the big corporates couldnā€™t help me but these guys were fantastic and did the impossible. Personal thank you to you both and to your company.

I had the worst experience with xinix, do not approach Most of the published reviews are written by the staff. i started a chat the work with the company, waiting to get some infos, received a first answer then nothing, during the actual chat .. in the middle of, agent disappeared up until i harassed after an hour, to tell me their not interested in new client. If that's the case, just close your website to new opening or either so write your registering condition. i call it bad client relation, and very bad service.

Yes, we remember you coming to our website. I am not sure which experience you are referring to as you are not our customer and would have had no dealings with any of our staff. We are also not sure how you worked out that over 1000 reviews spread across some of the most trusted website in the UK are fake, like Trustpilot, Reviews, Yell and Google, all forums where our valued customers have given us 5*. A bit of context here, you came to our website asking to buy wholesale minutes for Europe. Xinix as a brand name is rated Number one in google position when you type in ā€œWholesale VoIP Minutesā€, we get many enquiries from all round the world. We are a UK company and prefer only to deal with UK based companies, your location showed Brazil, as we were already serving our UK customers who are our priority the agents did respond late, although not an hour as you specified. When we asked for your company name, you game us a persons name, when we asked for a company website you gave us a link that doesnā€™t work here is the link to be clear www.moneyrecovery.me Many Red flags were risen, website says not secure, company name not valid, no company registration and also we do not sell to companies/people in the North American region as we are a UK company. Looking at all this the agent declined your offer to do business, its our prerogative who we do business with. Xinix is one of the leading operators in the UK for telecoms services with thousands of business and home users, itā€™s our duty to protect our server infrastructure and provide the best possible services for our UK customers, its nothing personal that we decided not to work with you. The wholesale business is full of people and companies that are constantly engaged in passing fraud traffic and pretend to sell things in to UK market that donā€™t exist and our wonderful citizens are robbed of their hard earned money. On daily basis we are targeted by millions of calls by overseas companies looking for an easy profit. We are a responsible operator; we take our responsibility very seriously indeed. Now we are not saying you are part of all this, we are just kindly declining your offer not to work with you. Once you have all your correct UK documents, we can reconsider. There are many providers in UK that donā€™t have such strict rules and thatā€™s why unfortunately we in the UK still suffer from spam callers. We hope you have a nice day our intentions are not personal towards you rather the practice we have in this unfortunate industry. and we have reported this undeserved review to our review company to see if we can remove it, but as with most genuine review companies they donā€™t remove reviews that easily. Another thing to remember if all good reviews are left by our staff than why arenā€™t there many bad reviews from our customers, we have now been operating for 15 years, just a thought to ponder on!

I needed the timezone correcting on my VOIP home phone. Maryam was able to quickly do this for me and also give me the details so I can do it for myself another time.

I requested a VOIP from Xinix to take over my landline from EE/BT two days after I switched to FTP. An ATA arrived in advance to support my set of Panasonic phones, and it all went incredibly smoothly and on time. The audio clarity is excellent. Maryam was particularly pleasant and helpful.

Recently transferred to XINIX and Maseb was of tremendous assistance when I was making the connections to the phone lines at my 90 year old mothers house. So pleased to have made the switch to XINIX.

On the downside the adaptor arrived with no set up guide or instructions. We found them online (albeit very technical) and managed to set up the service...but it seemed to be set to DND and we couldn't get it off..... On the plus side - an online chat with the support team sorted it out in a couple of minutes. And- This is saving us about Ā£35 a month over our previous broadband and phone provider....Great stuff

Xinix have made me very happy. Their customer service is excellent and I have reduced my broadband and landline bill from Ā£66 to Ā£40 by moving to them. I knew what was happening through all stages of the changeover. Their engineer phoned me twenty minutes before he arrived promptly at 08:00am and the change was completed by 09:24 am.

I was experiencing loads of issues with my phone and Ali and Uzair was not only extremely patient but very knowledgeable and resolved the multiple issues with ease, he is an asset to the company because he is both efficent and clear with a lovely demeanor . Very grateful, Jeremy M.
