“Not worth paying for next day delivery. Ordered before 10am and paid for next day delivery but item not dispatched until following day. Tried complaining to customer service as I didn't get the delivery service specified but no response. Strap itself is good, but customer services not so good, based on my experience.”

“The actual service level is high - responsive, quick and helpful. The automated web ordering, however, seems a little creaky - on both my last two orders I have received a positive response to the order and that payment was taken, only - a few hours later - to receive a further e-mail saying there were still items in my 'basket' and for me to continue with the purchase, and even a reminder on this one, despite my response to the first.”

“Great products and amazing service. Bought a nato for a Seamaster, and a sailcloth for a Bremont. Both fit and feel great, as well as looking the part. Even sorted out a return quickly (my fault, not theirs). Will definitely recommend!”
