“The crew is very responsive to questions and concerns. A few order back, I inquired about a replacement pin for a rubber NDL strap I purchased as the pin broke when I was installing on a watch. I received a response a day later with an offer to replace the pin and have it shipped out on my next order. I haven’t followed up on it yet, but I was very impressed with the service.”

“Very good customer service from Zulu - the issue wasn't with Zulu. I asked for a 22mm lug width, the Tropic strap was stamped with that but it was definitely approximately 20mm - odd. Returned and got a prompt refund.”

“I bought a new strap from the Octopod range along with the 20mm clasp. It fit my Nomos watch perfectly and the comfort is supreme. I cannot find fault with both strap and clap.The strap has an elasticity about it which helps the comfort.”

“I took the Facebook bate and dived in sold by the discount on the straps. I have a Tudor FXD not a cheap watch, and wanted an everyday strap that was good quality, could be taken in the water and used as my every day wear. I have to say I am super happy with the quality, price and delivery. It really seta off my watch and having worn this for 2 weeks is super comfortable. Will buy more and recommend to friends.”

“Great product love the octopod strap system bought both the elasticated and ribbed versions and both are excellent quality. Bought for my Tudor GMT as the Tudor supplied nato is total rubbish. Super fast delivery and packaged very well with a nice couple of free items in the box. Nato strap I ordered was also top quality so not hesitate to buy these straps they are fantastic. Will be purchasing more.”
