Honestly, it’s no more than I expected. I knew that ZULUDIVER was going to be the provider of straps and clasp system after finding their website. Their products aligned with my ideas of quality and variety. On top of that, the customer service I have received has been stellar. Actually, they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I had some questions with my strap and reached out to them via email, they responded in timely manner and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This was my third purchase from them and first time contacting for customer service, now I know I can rely on them RE customer service in addition to the excellent quality of their straps, I will probably come back for more straps.
