I had a something go wrong with my order initially as in paid, but ther was no order in the system. Maybe a sugestion, other webshops do utilizes a time reservation system to hopefully prevent this from happening.
Noteworthy the responce from the custumer service was good, fast, we did figure out what and why it happened, for it to be refunded took 4 days (but lies with the payment provider).
