“I'm in the U.S and paid a little extra for prompt delivery and that's exactly what I got. As advertised shipping and cost. I ordered a rubber strap trio bundle and the quality is amazing. Love all three straps, they're worth the money. They all feel and look very premium and wear so also. Incredibly comfortable and supple yet robust at the same time. The zuludiver branded clasps are also very premium to match the overall quality of the strap.”

“Zulu Diver sent me a watch strap that only fits Seikos because it comes with the thicker Seiko spring bars. I told them the strap was not for a Seiko. The only solution they offered was for me to pay $13 in shipping to receive non-Seiko spring bars. I can purchase these spring bars for $5 on Amazon. When I told them I was not satisfied with their service, they told me that I could ship the strap back to them at my cost & risk. This company has horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.”

“I could not have been more impressed with ZD's straps. I started out buying a few Lunar straps and was immediately hooked with the quality and simple functionality of the product. Right down to the unique naming convention of the straps, I don't think anyone could not go wrong investing in a few of these. Shipping from overseas took much less time than many of my recent Amazon purchases. This speaks directly to their shipping employees efforts. They have definitely cracked the code shipping to the U.S. Packaging is is on a level unquestionably equal to Apple products in my opinion. I definitely plan on expanding my ZD collection in the future.”

“I like the sailcloth padded straps, I have three of them thus far in various sizes and stitching colors. Shipping to the US has not been a problem, usually get them within the same week of ordering.”
