“First off, the quality of the materials and machining are top notch…. But after installing on my Tudor FXD, I feel like this is a solution in charge of a problem. The 22mm buckle is just massive.. way to large to be comfortable for most people. Also the strap is difficult to install. Didn’t come with instructions so had to search the internet for a diagram. These were expensive but will end up being tossed into the strap drawer.”

“Pretty straightforward order. I didn't receive a valid tracking method for the States and it took a while longer than a domestic order, but I expected as much since it was international. Still relatively quick though.”

“The Strap I ordered came with a scratch across one of the bands. It was probably a bit hard to notice since it's black but after I put it on it it's very noticeable. Would have preferred to get one that's brand new since it cost 50 dollars.”

“Calming customer service is important is easy, actually doing it not so much. My package was lost by FedEx so I connected with the customer service group, I got a fairly quick response that said the shipping manager is looking into the situation. I got no additional updates and sent an email requesting replacement band or a refund and never heard back…”

“Smooth ordering, quick delivery, great product! Fits perfectly on a Unimatic U1 MLB, the orange complementing the minute hand well. The strap is very comfortable, the holes and raised ribs on the underside help with circulation and further increase its wearability. Highly recommend! Wish that there were options on the buckles at least between matte and polished, but that's just me being annoying :)”
