“Had to return some watch straps that were far too short. They initially claimed I only sent back 2 of 3 straps and I had to dispute this over a long chain of emails. 3 weeks later they suddenly found that 3rd strap I told them I returned. I also bought a keychain that fell apart in under 4 months with minimal use.”

“Really fast service, and when I needed to return due to my error of ordering the wrong size exchange was very easy and efficient. I was worried I would have to wait for a refund and re-order but by enclosing a letter the very wonderful customer services just swapped my item and posted the correct one. Fantastic company and if my husband ever needs more of whatever it is I have even bought I'm sure I will be instructed to order from them again 🤣 10/10 service”

“I am only writing this review because I received an email inviting me to do so. The buying processes went smoothly, and my order was promptly shipped. Classic ZULUDIVER Marine Nationale NATO Watch Strap 20mm / Desert Sand/Beige and Green/Orange So overall for both straps I bought, I find the colour design gorgeous, and they go very well with my Breitling Aerospace, so why only three stars then? Because I was expecting a higher quality product than I received, as said the visual design is worth *****, but the straps are thinner than and feel cheaper in the fabric than other straps I have bought at just over half the price. I have thirteen euro straps that are of better quality. When I decided to buy twenty-one euro straps I did it because I thought I would be getting even better quality. Also, the straps are annoyingly long, about three cm longer than the ones I already owned. That said the staps are nice enough, but there is a mismatch between price and quality.”

“I ordered my OD Green NATO strap 11-07-22 and it’s now 11-22-22 and I’ve yet to receive it. I’d love to leave a positive review but unfortunately I can not since I don’t have it. I’ve ordered from ZULU before and never had a problem. 🤷🏾‍♂️”

“I would love to write a few words about my order but as some genius decided to send it via Royal Mail at the onset of well publicised industrial action it is still awaiting international departure at Langley Airport where at this point in time it has been for 7 days. Due to this situation I have no order about which to write anything just a great deal of dissatisfaction with the shipping process. Heres a tip folks: when a carrier is about to be affected by industrial action and you know that is going to happen, arrange an alternative so that action doesn't negatively impact your customer. 1 star because I can't give any less.....”

“I apparently have a larger than normal wrist. It is 9.5 inches or 241mm circ. I have found very few watch bands that comfortably fit my wrist - even though advertised as XLong. Some I can get in the first hole but it is very snug. I have found that NATO straps can be found in longer lengths - this being one of the very few. Very well made, quality materials, and very comfortable on my wrist. Easy to order and reasonable delivery time.”

“I had a Zulu strap but the original rubber keeper broke so I ordered straight from Zulu a new metal keeper, I had to open it with pliers but it fits lovely.”
