“Seamless order process, quick shipping from Zuludiver although my package was hold up in customs 10 days. Recon it's due to the DDP, so customs is waiting fro Zuludiver to pay customs etc. before they release the package to the recipient. Not a big deal, but it something to keep in mind when you order.”

“I could not have been more pleased with Zulu diver customer service. I live in San Francisco, California - pretty much on the other side of the globe - and I ordered my watch band on a Sunday night, received a confirmation by email by the time I woke up the next day, received a shipping confirmation the following day, and had my watch band in about 10 or 12 days. It looks great and I’m really pleased. Thank you!”

“Purchased a few 22mm straps with the sandblasted Octopod buckle. The straps are nice quality with a great texture. They softened up a bit after getting wet.”

“Quality strap that arrived quickly. The canvas strap really suits the flieger, even more than than the leather it arrived with. I was extra impressed with the little spring sliders that make it super easy to swap the strap in and out. No need for fiddly tools.”

“I'm more than satisfied with the end result. The people I interacted with were very kind & helpful. However, the choice of shipper was not the best. Their online process was very clumsy & stressful. At the end of the day, it was their driver who picked up the ball. He called me directly to ensure the delivery was made.”
