“This is my second watch strap from Zuludiver / WatchGecko but unfortunately, the second time around wasn't as good as the first time. I wanted a new NATO style strap for a new watch and I eventually settled on the HydraRib NATO strap from Zuludiver having previously been impressed with the service and quality of my previous purchase (which was made via their eBay store), but this time I decided to buy directly via their website. I placed my order on 31 August and paid the £1.99 delivery fee, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 days. Given the Royal Mail strikes around this period, I knew that delivery might take a little longer than normal. After just over an hour from placing my order, I received an update to say my shipment was on the way - fantastic, or so I thought... I then heard nor received nothing for a long time, until 7 September when I received a notification to say my parcel was on its way. This was a full week after I received my shipment notification from Zuludiver! My watch strap eventually arrived 5 minutes ago on 9 September, so a full 9 days after placing my order. I understand that the postal strikes may have had an impact on this, but 9 days after placing my order is a bit disappointing, especially given I had to pay £1.99 for 48-hour delivery. I had attempted to reach out to Zuludiver, but saw that they only work 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday, so was a little frustrating on that. I love the strap, but the delivery service has put me off a little as I didn't expect to have to wait over a week for my strap to arrive.”
