“Shipping was a nightmare. Diver was confirmed purchased and confirmed delivered but I never got the item. Great now I have to open a case with Zuludiver's 3rd party shipper. No communication from either party on the status. Sort of wrote the item off. A week later it mysteriously shows up. OK great news.”

“The delivery and packaging is perfect. However, there are many times when I hesitate to buy it because the delivery fee seems a little expensive. I want to use the site more often, but I hope the shipping fee will be a little cheaper.”

“Customer service end on ordering was good. Strap itself is far too short. The description should make clear that it will only fit small wrists. Not worth sending back to uk… but looks to be nice quality.”
