“Great service. My first order was damaged in transit. I called to report that I hadn't received it on the agreed date so Gary immediately raised another order which arrived the next day.”

“Great customer service but let down buy production. Wanted 2400 x 1200 boards. Was quoted for 2400 x 600 as run out of 1200 boards. Far more expensive. Should have done it for discount price. So have placed order with competitor.”

“Can't really be objective as the samples ordered on 23 November still haven't arrived (8 December). This is despite other items ordered much more recently have been delivered safely by Royal Mail, strikes notwithstanding. Not sure where the problem lies, with your company or RM.”
