The product is good but unfortunately delivery was poor, paid for 3 days delivery over a week to come in 2 separate deliveries credited back delivery but when you have project to finish on a schedule not very good.

Ordering all very straightforward said shower panels in stock 2-3 working days but can take up to 7 days but only being delivered on day 11 so little bit disappointed in this and had to put plumber off

Have used Wet Wall previously when refurbishing a bathroom so had no hesitation in using them again on our barn conversion. We had three en suites so not cheap but well worth the cost. Would never use tiles again, there's just no comparison. Rupert was extremely helpful and put the entire order together for us.

Took over 2 weeks to get samples, had to phone 3 times as nothing had been sent out, even though I was told I’d receive them within 3 days….when they finally arrived they were very poor quality, roughly cut, didn’t look very good quality at all.

We acknowledge the frustration caused by the longer than quoted delivery time and apologise for the delay in receiving your samples. Please know that we are currently refining our sampling service to ensure a more accurate estimation of delivery times and to streamline the overall process. It is standard in the industry to send out a laminate of the sample, as it is only a colour swatch. We do say on every sample product "...To keep costs to a minimum, we won't always send out a cut of the actual product. For plywood samples, we will send out a film swatch, pvc panels samples, it will often be a 10mm sample, whereas the flooring will be the actual product. If you would like a sample to show a specific part of the panel such as a grout line or thickness of the actual product, please add a comment requesting this at checkout. Product sample good, but delivery much longer than quoted, which is frustrating when charged for delivery.

I ordered a sample to see the thickness and quality of the board i was interested in. The piece that came was just the front skin so could not really tell what the board would actually be like. Maybe you should charge a bit more and send out a better sample.

We ordered some samples so we could compare colours and finishes for our bathroom. We also wanted to see the quality and thickness of the shower panels. Samples arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering. We are pleased with what we have seen so will be placing an order once we are ready to start revamping our bathroom. Prices seem very competitive to similar products on the market.

Good quality product at a very good price, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you with your enquiries. Good delivery options - and when products received they are packed well to avoid any damage to the wetwall or any other items.

The order came within the 5-7 day delivery target,an e-mail or text that it was on the way would have helped so a star off. The panels are fine but a bit of literature on fitting different scenarios would have been a help. Over all happy with the order

All automated emails insist customers check their products and inform us of any damages through an email or a phone call within 24 hours of receiving them. We also stick large labels on each item repeating this information. This allows us to swiftly address issues by dispatching replacements or initiating claims with the courier. The two panels i purchased were damaged goods. Luckily the damage was on the cut off bits otherwise would of sent them back and asked for a refund. The packaging of the goods is not good enough. No protection inside the cardboard at all. Would have to be desparate before using again.

Hi Meirion, The items you purchased weren't damaged goods, but items do get damaged sometimes in transit, which we try our best to prevent. Fortunately, as you pointed out, the damaged part had to be removed. If you had emailed photos of the damage when checking your products, we could have made a claim against the courier and sent you a partial refund. That would have been a fantastic outcome for yourself as the damaged area was never needed. Unfortunately, you never reached out to us concerning this. Thank you once again for your feedback. Having placed two orders with wet wall works, on both occasions I contacted Rupert the online manager whom made the experience smooth and professional, he chased the orders made certain that the batch numbers of the wall panel where compatible, kept me informed throughout the process via email and phone call, and made certain of a quick delivery. DX delivery service where also on the ball and delivered on time , and updated me all the way, well done. I will use wet wall works for future orders and have already introduced new customers via friends, Many Thank
