“I ordered four samples. Two turned up. As others out of stock. Sadly no explanation if others will be sent on later. Also name on paper sheet didn’t tally with name on sample so confused! But on a plus - the samples look good!”

“Very easy to order, a lot of choices too, Wet walls are of good quality, delivered faster than indicated at checkout, I hope it were delivered upstairs and gave me an advance notice of arrival. We were just lucky to be there to collect other deliveries.”

Morning Glenn, Are you able to forward your emails to websales@wetwallworks.co.uk as I can't see any emails from you. I can see you selected six free samples, which wouldn't have made it through to picking, as on each page we state you can choose three free samples. I can process this order as two separate orders for you, which will make it through our system. This way, you will receive six free samples. Please forward me the emails, as I will jump on this. “Items never arrived on paid for dates. Delivery courier was appalling. Items arrived 3 days later than promised.”

Hi Darren, Thank you for your review. I am sorry your delivery was 2 days late, which was out of our control. We do our best to get our products to customers within the set time period, but as you will appreciate, our hands are tied when couriers are moving the items. “Online presence and speed of delivery of samples is good, the tiled versions of the wet wall panels were poor in terms of the graphic images on the samples were blurred and looked cheap, not like tiles at all. The other samples provided of the products were OK but the product is not for me. Good choice if limited budget but in my opinion didn't look like tiles which was the effect I was going for”

“Very happy with the items I purchased and they sorted out an issue with the delivery for me promptly, which was my mistake, which was a great help. I would have given 5 stars but there was a mix-up over one of my orders and it took me several attempts at contacting them before I received a response as to what had happened.”

“Ordered some samples. This is a great idea to provide samples for free although it hasn't made life easier as all of the samples are great. Good quality wet wall. Great service.”

“The ordering process was easy and straight forward, delivery was quick, way quicker than estimated. The only issue we had was with the delivery itself the driver was very rude, and just dumped the box half in the door, my customer asked if it was heavy the response was nah and he walked off leaving my elderly female customer to man handle the long heavy box on her own, calling me on teas to help move it as the driver just refused to even acknowledge her.”
