“I was looking at London metro tiles. While I appreciate the advantage of the panels they are X10 or x 15 the cost of tiles. Your price for a 3d printed pattern is not worth it. They don't look like tiles and look cheap close up. For other looks I appreciate they work. I expected some texture for the price you offer. The materials are cheap (pvc) and printing when divided by the number you sell is cheap so your price doesn't reflect a reasonable profit.”

“I only requested some samples as I was impressed by their selection online . The samples arrived in around 6 days . They were so small and have given me no idea on pattern or effect . They are 10cm square. They only show me colour . Also it is just the laminate so this gives no indication on the wall thickness or quality .”

Thank you for your review. I presume you ordered either Fibo or Multipanel samples, which are the size of a credit card. Unfortunately, this is the standard size for the industry, as these are supplied by the brands. These are purely for you to see the colour of the laminate; if it were for the design and thickness of the ply, they would be a lot larger and heavier, meaning we would need to charge. Each sample product does cover this in the content, but if you do require a sample showing the layers of ply then we ask people to write this in the comments box. You are more than welcome to contact us via email, phone, social or WhatsApp, as we can send you photos; alternatively, please pop through another sample and write in the comments box, and the team will send you out a physical sample showing the layers, but please request a T&G sample if that's needed. “I ordered and paid for my item to be called a week later to say the item was out of stock and I would have to wait another week even though they had accepted payment for an item that was out of stock. Item finally arrived not packaged securely and damages to the panels scratches and black marks. Sent photos and asked for an exchange to be told just wipe the marks they won’t show. I said I would prefer an exchange and was asked to securely package the item and send further photos of the secure packaging then they would arrange collection. Item collected and I sent proof of collection note but have not heard anything since I have since sent another email but still no response.”

Hi Clare, Thank you for your email. I have attached an image of your items when you received them, and I do believe they are well packaged. While there are a couple of wee dents on the cardboard, the items are floating securely in the center, away from the edges, so the protection is doing its job. Also attached is your photo of the wee black marks that are on the reverse side of the panel. I suggested it could be wiped off with a cloth if it was of concern, but even if you didn't, it wouldn't be seen as it's facing the ceiling. It was a concern, and you wanted the items swapped over. Collection was arranged, but we haven't received the items back yet from the couriers as they were collected last Wednesday, so depending on how the winds have been with disruption, we should receive them back today/tomorrow. The email you sent last was at 15:56 on Friday, and while we try to reply back to everyone before we close, some will be replied to on Monday. I don't believe anything was crucial, as if it were, you would have called us. I'm going to issue you a full refund, as I don't believe I can meet your expectations, but I wish you the very best with your bathroom. Kind Regards Rupert

All automated emails insist customers check their products and inform us of any damages through an email or a phone call within 24 hours of receiving them. We also stick large labels on each item repeating this information. This way, we are able to resolve any problems through sending out new panels so you'd have them the following day. “I ordered 2 samples on the 4th Jan. Only one has been delivered and its now the 14th Jan. I was wanting to put an order in on the 15th Jan, but fue to this delay in one of the samples not been delivered, I am now having to put my contractor back a week at my cost, since we cannot look at both colours. Hope the actual.delivery of the product is better than delivery of samples.”

Hi Darren, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. In terms of the samples, these are small A5 cuttings of the laminate which display the colour and texture of the panel face only. The actual panels themselves are much thicker and have multiple layers of material forming the board behind the laminate face. Whether that be PVC, Ply or MDF, we have various different types and designs to choose from. “Have used WWW for a number of years now, they are very good at what they do. Any issues get sorted quickly, unfortunately they cannot control the product once it leaves the factory. Getting the stuff to me via courier is next day. But 5 deliveries are not better than two. I'd like it all del when we are told by the courier. WWW are as helpful as can be.”
