Hi Nata, I need to look into this as I can see an order which was placed on the 23rd of April and delivered on the 7th of May. I must admit, this was a lot longer than it should have been, as we aim to deliver within 5 working days. “I am sorry but this has got to be the worst product, so unrealistic and nothing like tiles. I cant believe i was charged 8.00 for a sample.”

Hi Tracey, Our samples are free so you will be getting us mixed up with another company. Please can you amend your review. “Service and postage excellent , samples were to small to even see a full patten or tile effect unfortunately.. so I would recommend larger samples and charge delivery possibly other samples I've recieved are about an A4 size so you can get a real feel for the panel effect.”

Hi Jenny, I totally see your point, and annoyingly, because of costs the samples are there to give a colour match but a large sample would be great, especially if there is a design across the entire panel. You've given me food for thought, as our free samples can still be the size we sent you, but for chargeable ones where a panel is cut up, we could charge x amount, giving the customer a choice of what they want to receive. Anyhow, for now, do you want to email websales@wetwallworks.co.uk and we can send full size images of the panels? Thank you Rupert

“Good Afternoon, We used your services for the first time and were frustrated in our order being late. The product in itself was brilliant but unfortunetely the project wasnt delivered on time costing our business £500. We will be needing a further 8 panels for the next stage of the job but will struggle to be able to trust your services to deliver and avoid another missed deadline. Hi Adam, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I've had a look into your order details and can see you bought two of the Perform panels, it states on our website under each perform product that the delivery date of these panels is subject to stock as they are made to order, usually with a two week turnaround. Luckily, we had stock of the design you were after in one of our other branches which we transferred over in order to get them out to you as quickly as possible. I can see you paid for the 3 working day delivery service, which applies once the order has been dispatched, also stated on our website under delivery terms. Once your order was dispatched from us on the 18th of April, I can see you then received it the next day on the 19th April, within the 3 working days. We really appreciate your feedback, and would like to kindly remind customers to review our terms and conditions for clarity on our policies. “Sample arrived promptly and included grout line detail as requested. Not sure whether to go with PVC panels (as sample)or Fibo panels which seem to have softer edges to their fake grout lines which make them easier to clean?”
