“I ordered 3 samples of the bathroom wall panels. Unfortunately only received 2. The main one I wanted to see didn't arrive. However the quality of them and price seems very good. Maybe I will reorder that sample. Or perhaps they were out of stock. Just no mention of that though.”

“Excellent products and reasonably priced. Delivering was very quick and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. The third time I have ordered from here and wouldn't go anywhere else, as have had a positive experience every time.”

“I order a 8x4 sheet which was posted given that it was going to be hand and moved around the country to get to me all they did was rap it in cardboard NO corner protection so ofcouse two edges and two corners were damaged why would they send without some sort of pretection?”

“Samples recieved thank you. Big problem is we don't know which one is which as I would have thought it would be common sense to write on the back the name of the finish. We have two grey samples but cannot guess just in case we order the wrong ones. Simple things make life so much easier”

“I have used this company many times and have always been impressed with the service they offer. I underestimated my latest order and called them direct to add to the order. They did this with minimum fuss and made sure it was added to my original order so I didn’t incur a further delivery charge. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Ordered free samples of Fibo wet wall. I request two samples with different tile effect (one large tile and one herringbone). Received two small off cuts which had literally been cut very roughly and weren't even smooth. Neither had any tile effect as they were so small, approx 3" x 4". No bigger than coasters for a cup of tea. Didn't help me decide which design to buy, so pretty much useless. Doubt I will be buying any of the products we need for a full bathroom refit from Wet Wall Works. Not a good first impression.”

“Great service from Wet Wall Works. Called up the week before Christmas for some Fibo wall boards and Rupert on the web sales team was all over it and got them out before Christmas Day (the 23rd I think) God knows how. The panels arrived perfectly but were the wrong colour. No problem I emailed back and Rupert got right back onto it on the 4th when he was back in the office. Panels arrived on the 11th again in perfect condition and the courier picked up the incorrect ones so no waiting on the old “return the wrong ones then we’ll send the right ones out.” Will order again without hesitation so ignore the reviews of peeling wall panels. If you don’t follow the manufacturer instructions for cleaning then yes the panels will damage”

“Samples arrived quickly and the ordering process was good. Samples are a good size and fit for purpose but look as if they have been roughly cut by hand and are not labeled. Only a minor issue but this does not give a good initial impression of quality.”
