“Exactly what was advertised”

“Obtained Splashback for bathroom refurbishment. Panels arrived in time however Courier refused to assist with deliver to the property, panels were left for us to being in, wish we were told prior we would have to bring them in ourselves permitting us to prepare in advance. Splashback panels look very nice however one of the panels have serve manufacturers damage and a couple of others had minor damage, edges were chipped. Warning check your panels as soon as they are delivered. We were unable to check our panels immediately, owing to limited space, the panels are very large. We could only check at the point they were being fitted and being removed from the packaging to be fitted. End result, bathroom refurbishment looks lovely with Splashback panels.”

“Good price delivered when they said it would courier came on time have yet to open it up as my plumber is not coming till Monday the 19th less chance of no damage”

“Ordered 3 metres worth of PVC shower panels. Turns out I needed another metre. So ordered another one. But this one came as a single metre (the others came as separate 0.25 pieces). The single metre long one is thicker than the ones as a 4. This means it isn’t level against the other panels when up on the wall. Very very annoyed. Won’t be ordering again.”

Hi Lauren, You shouldn't be annoyed with us, the warehouse dispatched exactly what you ordered. The first order you placed contained 3 packs of the 250mm panels, the second order you placed contained a 1-meter panel. After placing your order, you will have received an order confirmation, outlining what you bought. You could have called us realising you had made a mistake before the products were dispatched. Even before fitting, you should have checked the items, instead, you've left us an unfair review which I would appreciate you changing. Kind Regards Rupert

“The wall panels look great, but the bullnose trim for around the windows is a different shade of white (creamy) to the corner trims.”

Hi Edward, Thank you for your review. Looking into the order, you purchased different brands, which is why they are different shades. To keep the colors the same, you will need to purchase from the same brand as the items will be made in the same factory. If you haven't used the trim, please send it back, and we can get the same brand as the others sent out. Kind Regards Rupert

“I ordered 3 samples from wet wall works. They never came, I emailed asking them to be sent, never came I then phoned the operator assured me the items would be sent straight away. Again never came. So hard to give anything other that 1 star. Sorry wwworks”

“Really great and helpful customer service (I think I spoke with Lee), looked into the delivery issues I had and kept me up to date on what was happening and I never had to ring back to chase it up. Delivery company was a bit of a pain which led to a few issues but Wet Wall Works themselves were fab.”

“Really slow to send out samples, it was nearly a month later before they arrived (vs a quoted 5 working days). All were in stock. Phoned the warehouse / tracking multiple times, it always went to a full mailbox. Eventually had to drive through to the showroom in Glasgow (2 hours away) to get what we needed in time. Fortunately the person working there was extremely helpful.”

Hi Kit, Thank you for your review. I can see you ordered Fibo samples, which from the supplier are no bigger than a credit card, which unfortunately is standard. I've addressed this with all suppliers but due to costs, samples are really needed to get a feel for what the colour swatch looks like in your own environment. If we were to supply larger laminates or even samples with the ply backing, we would need to charge £15, and you can only imagine the lack of samples ordered. Please let me know what you mean by unusable so that I can be on your hymn sheet. If you would like "live" images, please let me know by emailing websales@wetwallworks.co.uk and we'll have these sent over. You can always contact us, as we have our phone number in a prominent position on our site (0300 3035553), WhatsApp, email, and various social links that are all monitored.
