“I paid and ordered samples of bathroom wall panels. I'm sorry to say they took 19 days to be delivered in that time I had ordered them from someone else.”

Thank you for your review. I have to agree that's not good, and this needs addressing. Samples are keen for customers to see the colour of of the item in their own environment and it's also to give you faith in sending panels which are many times bigger. If you hadn't purchased anything else, I'd be asking you to email me directly at websales@wetwallworks.co.uk with your order number, and I'd organise this myself and send whatever "live" images you needed via whatsapp or email. The annoying thing, we can send panels across the UK on a 24 hour delivery, which happens every day. Areas of the business are very slick, and I appreciate this being highlighted as we need to improve. Thank you Rupert

“My order was cancelled after the product was not in stock. Please be aware that “available” does not mean in stock, rather that it is available to order as the web sales team were very quick to point out and even argue with me over. Very poor service all round and can’t see myself ordering in the future. Product was available elsewhere, cheaper and delivered within 3 days!”

Thank you for your review, and I believe it was myself who you spoke to. I'm not one to argue, I do believe that if someone is incorrect, tactfully, I will correct them. You weren't for listening, but as you paid for an expressive service, it is only right that you are contacted straight away, explaining there is a stock issue due to quantities on hand. You were adamant that the site said "in stock," which is not true, the site says "available" to purchase. We try our best to keep stock levels true, because of human error on picking, stock at times is incorrect. For that, I am sorry for any stress caused. I guess the silver lining from our conversation is that a saving has been made and your job has been kept on schedule. In the future, any question you might have please call. When stock levels are below 10 we can check on exact levels with one of the pickers and give you a day your items will arrive. Kind Regards Rupert

“Bought 11 fibo boards , ten out of eleven were as expected. The eleven board was faulty , the pattern faded to nothing in the middle of it. I phone up to complain in the allotted time. Asked for a discount on said board, was told if I send photographic evidence it would be sorted!! I'm still waiting for any correspondence from them”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the images that were received. For whatever reason, it looks like the panel needs cleaning in the grout line but Fibo will need to inspect the panel as I'm sure you have given it a clean? Can you let us know a suitable day for collection? Fibo will need the panel back, and once it is in transit, they will send out a new one. We can't just give money off a panel if there is a manufacturing issue, as we need the agreement from Fibo. In the mean time please email websales@wetwallworks.co.uk with a collection day. “I was unsure what accessories I needed to order, I rang customer services and the gentleman was extremely helpful and took my order over the phone. “I ordered a few samples as we about to revamp our bathroom. Samples were of high quality and represent the wall panels very well. We couldn't decide initially but are going for the sparkly teal colour as it will reflect light and give a lift to our bathroom. I'm actually looking forward to the panels arriving and us embarking on the daunting work ahead.”

“I only ordered samples online! £0.95! They arrived and were very small so difficult to envisage in a larger area. We obtained measurements and a quote from a bathroom supplier. This needs to be checked by our fitter before we can order - in time for an August delivery.”

Morning Sally, I'm on your hymn sheet concerning sample sizes, but we do not want to charge more than £0.95. We have to weigh up the thousands of samples we send out, the cost to us as a business, and then the return on sales from these samples. Samples are to give customers the opportunity to see the colour of what a panel would be in their room. To get a large sample, we would need to charge £15 a sample. We would sell very few, driving potential customers to our competitors, so it's a balance game. Now that you have your samples, please let us know which samples you would like images of, so we can ping these over to you so you can see the full panel or the depth of a grout line. Hi Gary, I'm sorry, I'm only hearing about this from your review. If you'd contacted us a few days after placing your order, we would have contacted the couriers, as your order was placed nearly 5 weeks ago. I have the tracking information, which I am following up with the couriers, but we'll also process this order again and get it out the door so you should receive tomorrow or Monday.
