“Only took a sample & it's poor quality. Would not buy”

“Price was good but delivery was a week late because they were 'unexpectedly' out of stock. The method of packaging was poor considering that dispatching large fragile panels in their core business. Consequently, there was damage in transit and 1 panel had to be replaced. Despite these problems, customer service was good and the the replacement panel was sent next day free of charge without fuss. If they could design a better, less labour & material intensive form of packaging & find a more careful courier than DX, they could provide a better service at less cost.”

“Good quality products, but questionable delivery methods. Delivery lorry (Caledonian logistics) appeared out of nowhere, no tracking option etc. Only by chance he found me in the flat that was being renovated, otherwise he would have taken pallet back to God knows where. Driver was very reluctant to help me unload the boards on the pavement as he had multiple drops left to do, he thought I would have forklift to unload whole pallet lol. Then I had to help him reverse onto the main road as he was struggling with the size of the lorry and narrow street”

“Had 8 shower boards delivered last week. Started fitting them today. When I took all the cardboard packaging off, every board was damaged on either the end or the side. Most damage was to the tongue and groove but 1 had broken the edge of the board. Managed to hide it behind where the toilet is going. Delivery drivers need to take more care ! I also ordered 2 internal corners and 2 end trims. Only received 1 internal corner and 2 end trims. Had to drive to a local supplier to get another. Not happy !”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to read you received damage and a picking error. All automated emails do insist customers check their panels once received within 24 hours. We also stick large labels on every item, repeating this information. You received your panels the following working day, and if you'd picked up the phone, emailed, sent a message through social media, WhatsApp, or live chat, we would have been able to resolve the issues with new panels or missing items so that you had them the following day. Everything would have been resolved 24 hours before your 72-hour delivery window, which you'd selected at checkout. You have caused yourself a headache for no reason, I'm sorry to say, Peter. In the future, please check your items when you receive them. I know you're a fitter, and I'm surprised with the number of times you have bought from us that you didn't pick up the phone straight away to let me know. Kind Regards Rupert

“I requested some samples and WWW sent them very promptly. It is a great shame that none of them had the right colour shade because we would have no hesitation in using WWW.”

Hi Derek, Thank you for getting in contact, though I wish you'd emailed or phoned us first about not receiving your samples to see where the issues occurred. Looking into your situation, I have to be honest, as the member of staff who worked on samples was marking them as dispatched but wasn't sending anything out. This member of staff is no longer with our company. We have 2 members of staff who are cutting samples, labeling them, and dispatching them. I am sorry about this. We have fixed the issue, and you will receive your sample shortly. “Order a sample of a shower panel about 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. Does a normal deliver take this long as once I get the sample I will want to be placing an order if I ike it. But wouldn’t be able to wait this long for the panels. How long does it take to send a sample ?”

“missing items , had problems with the print coming off the wet wall contacted by email, nothing resolved, verry poor customer services , we are left with faulty wet wall panels with bits of print missing and they are not willing to do anything about it”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review. I have checked the web sales emails, and there has never been an email from you. Please forward the email you sent to websales@wetwallworks.co.uk, alternatively, you can call us on 03003035553, reach us on live chat, social media, or click the WhatsApp link on our home page to let us know the items missing. We will get to the bottom of things, as it's either been a picking issue, a courier's part delivered, or an issue when placing the order online. Two items were delivered on 7/8/23 and one item on 8/8/23 but it's taken 9 days to get a response from us via a review site, which doesn't add up with the quantity of routes by which you contact us. Hi Rose, Thank you for your review. Looking at your order, you placed an order for 4 samples, but on every product it does say "Up to 3 Free Samples," so the system wouldn't have pulled it through.
