“Asked for a delivery date so I could take time off work and was told when was a good date for me. Delivery date came goods arrived perfect spot on friendly people to deal with”

“If your lucky to find the 3D matt slate panels any where in stock order it quickly used these on my ensuite and it looks so amazing I've now ordered more for the main bathroom. My first delivery although packaged well and marked fragile must have got damaged in transit but wasn't a problem, uploaded a photo and the excellent customer service team speedily resolved the issue and quickly had more dispatched within days. Would definitely recommend to friends and family 5 star service 🙂”

“Not exactly a purchase I asked for a product sample which was sent really quickly and free. Whilst it wasn't suitable for my needs this time the choice of products available was large and it will be my initial go to website”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Items are not as described, when we tried to return item they expected us to use our own delivery method costing £200. When they eventually agreed to use their own delivery service the items were damaged in transit & now they are refusing a refund. Their argument is that they wouldn’t have been damaged in their packaging but their packaging was never removed & additional packaging was added by us for returns. Absolutely terrible customer service.”

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry you feel this way. The item you are talking about is a digitally printed panel with a metro tile effect. Of course, up close, you can see it's a print, as it's printed on a smooth gloss surface, but from a distance, as seen in the thumbnail photo, it looks like small tiles. We provide free samples of most of our products so customers can see the quality and colour in their own environment. Unfortunately, you didn't choose this option and proceeded to place your order via mobile where the thumbnail would have been small and not as detailed compared to a desktop. On receiving your panels, the design wasn't for you; hence, you wanted to return them. Not a problem, and per our terms, you agreed to send these back, like other customers, at your cost. You struggled to find a courier, so to help you out, I arranged the collection at £34.95. This cost would have been roughly the same if you had shopped around. The cost was to be deducted once the items had been checked by the warehouse. I explained that you wouldn't be covered for damage, which is another reason why I strongly recommend customers send the items back themselves. When your items arrived back at the warehouse, the edges were damaged. While you said you had kept the items in the original packaging, for viewing the design, you had opened three layers, each of which play an important role in keeping the product secure. For returning, you didn't secure the panels inside the packaging, which meant they had movement, causing the damage. You didn't add any notes to the packaging; you didn't use fragile tape to remind the couriers to take that extra bit of care. I have no power over how well you wrapped the items, as this was your only responsibility as you chose not to take cover on your return. I understand your frustration that you didn't personally damage the items and that it has happened between you and our warehouse, and you will understand I can't refund someone for a damaged item being received back at our warehouse. The cost of us uplifting the item will be paid for by Wet Wall Works and the panels will remain yours in our warehouse for 30 days until you choose if you'd like them re-sending or disposed of. Morning Joyce, I have looked at the tracking and images provided concerning your delivery. The driver had rung the doorbell, but there was no answer. Fortunately for you, he or she did place the items in a dry environment, but from the images provided, nothing is blocked. I can understand, from your point of view, that carrying the items to your floor would have been hard work, but you weren't there to assist the driver even after being notified from tracking that they were making your delivery. “At this time I only asked for a sample to check for rigidity, colour and general appearance. The sample was free and it arrived within a few days. It looks good. I’m impressed with their service but have still to decide whether I shall order items for the bathroom I’m due to fit. Thanks”

“When ordering 35 panels and after installing them, a gap of approximately 0.5 mm was created on 5 of them. The top and bottom of the panels were touching, the gap was widening to the middle. Compared to the rest, it was visible.”

All automated emails insist customers check their products and inform us of any damages through an email or a phone call within 24 hours of receiving them. We also stick large labels on each item repeating this information. This way, we are able to resolve any problems through sending out new panels so you'd have them the following day.
