Only based on trying to get wall panel samples, so can't comment on their full size products. Tried to get 3 samples, nothing delivered for a week. When I contacted them, they were very helpful, said they would send again. Unfortunately when they did arrive, only 2 samples, so overall quite disappointing.

Of the 10 panels ordered, 4 arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Just cardboard and a thin layer of plastic being the only protection for the panels. I tried calling wet walls helpline but was advised they could not help and gave me an email address of someone called Rupert@wetwalls.co.uk . It sounded odd but I emailed as the only avenue I had been directed to. To date no acknowledgement of my complaint, although. I have however received several prompts to write a review, hence this note.

The panels are lovely looking but it’s been the delivery etc. Firstly we ordered two panels and trim. Panels arrived in what we thought were individual boxes, when husband checked, we had our and someone else’s! But, no fixings. This was rectified but took a few days, and the other box collected. Now come to fit panels and one glue tube split and a crack in the panel. We’ve given up!

I ordered some black/silver boards for our home bar refurb. I wasn’t in in when they delivered them so asked my neighbour to pop a note on the door asking them to deliver to No.5. I watched my neighbour do this on my ring door bell. The DX delivery arrived, parked on my drive, walked to the front door, read (outloud) the note on my front door then went to the back of his van to get my parcel. He “dropped” it on my path with the griptiight adhesive took a photo of it then drove off! When I collected the parcel on my return the driver had put the damaged box face down so it wasn’t visable! I have this recorded on my door cam! Fool! I then emailed wet wall works, they came back to me within an hour and apologised and couriered me a replacement board overnight. It was here the next morning at 7.30am! That’s great service! It doesn’t matter the issue, it’s how it’s dealt with that counts! If wet works are looking for a new courier service I can recommend a national service that will be better than their current one!

Good product, prompt delivery, helpful staff when I needed to augment the order at the last minute. They seem to have stock when others don't. I am a trade customer but you could manage this as a DIY enthusiast. Maybe not the cuts & corners in the pics attached but on a straight wall - no problem at all. Product is lightweight and cuts well.

Needed samples to decide on whether or not to use panels. Unfortunately, samples took more than 3 weeks to arrive, by which time I had selected, ordered and taken delivery of alternative panels for bathroom.

Morning Keith, We have let ourselves down, and it's not good enough. Samples are crucial and your review explains exactly why we need to be on the ball with getting samples out quickly and presentable. If you need panels sent within 24 hours throughout the UK, we can do this. Understandably, if we can't do that with a small envelope of samples, how can we convince you of our service with a huge wall panel. Once again, sorry, and this has been noted down by management. I am happy with the items I purchased but not happy with delivery and their communication. I paid for 3 working days delivery and I received it one day later and my husband had to take 2 days off instead of one because of it. I emailed them and I haven’t received anything back yet.

Morning Rafailia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked over the dates, and you received your items on the 3rd day. The order was placed over the weekend, and on Monday, the process kicked off for your delivery option. Tuesday would have been 24 hours, meaning Thursday, when the items were delivered, was 72 hours which is what you paid for. Once the couriers have the items, an automated email is sent, which can sometimes go to a spam folder depending on the user's settings. What the couriers should do, which I personally wouldn't hold my breath for, is make a phone call. They don't always do this, as they are relying on the drivers to do so. I have discussed this with DX because if DPD can do this, then the others need to sort this out. A text giving a window would also work. I am glad you have your items, and I hope your renovation is looking fab. Thank you once again and if there is anything else you need in the future, please give us a call :-) Kind Regards Rupert

Would not recommend, I ordered samples which took 3 weeks to arrive (samples are free, but I paid for postage) and the three random off cuts weren't enough to actually see the design. Not impressed and won't be going on to order with them

Initial correspondence was great . All products required in stock and could be delivered when required. Delivery was then made to wrong address ( couriers fault ) , When did turn up all panels of it , large number damaged . Had to double cut all panels and carefully select where to be used as job needed to be completed on time . For a £5k outlay on panels been offered £250 good will. This won’t cover the extra time taken to work the broken panels or the inconvenience caused . My view is mistakes and accidents happen it’s all about how you put it right .
