“Very disappointed I wanted to make an order for 30 sheets plus trims, but was waiting over 2 half weeks for samples as apparently they was sent out by letter so Royal Mail didn’t deliver them, I no it’s not a big order but was hoping to find a good company to work with as more clients are asking for wet room panels, basically I couldn’t wait any longer and sourced from else where and the client was happy to move forward”

We understand how crucial it is to have timely access to samples, especially for making decisions on larger orders. We've checked the tracking information and can see that the samples were indeed delivered to what appears to be the correct address, however, it's possible that they may have been left with a neighbour. We regret that this issue wasn't brought to our attention sooner, as we could have promptly arranged for replacements to be sent out to you. “Very reliable company with good products. That do the job well. Installed our first shower with three panels and it looks just great. Delivery was a little bit disappointing as I probably hadn't read the terms properly. I paid a lot of money for next day delivery and found out that because I ordered after 12 noon, I would not get next day delivery, I feel this could've been avoided and there been an alert at the checkout explaining that because it is after 12 noon next day delivery would not be available. It would avoid the extra cost and the disappointment, and delayed to the trades people employed.”

“I ordered some bathroom panel wall samples. I had hoped to have two different colours on the walls but all three samples I ordered were completely different in thickness so I wouldn't be able to put them together. Other than that, the colours looked good.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate the feedback. We apologise for any confusion regarding the thickness of the samples you received. To clarify, our samples are created differently depending on the material of the panels. The Fibo panel which you requested is made from ply, whereas the Calcatta and Yorkshire panels are made from SPC and PVC. For the Fibo samples, we provide laminate displays of the colours rather than actual panel cuttings, which may explain the variation in thickness. Each sample product does cover this in the content, but if you do require a sample showing the thickness then we ask people to write this in the comments box. You are more than welcome to contact us via email, phone or socials as we can send you photos; alternatively, please pop through another sample and write in the comments box, and the team will send you out a physical sample showing the layers, you can also request a T&G sample if that's needed. “Excellent service and when an incorrect trim was sent it was resolved quickly and a replacement dispatched on a 24 hour service. Product looks lovely in my bathroom and has given it a new lease of life. Highly recommended.”

Hi Graham, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate the feedback. I've had a look into your order and can see you've selected 8 samples. Our website states that our sampling service currently allows you to choose up to 3 free samples per order. If you add more to your basket, the warehouse will pick the first 3 on the list. This allows us to keep costings to a minimum as if the orders were any larger, they'd be much heavier and we would need to charge. If you'd like to receive more than 3 samples please place them as separate orders and we'll get those sent out to you. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out :) Thanks, Rachel

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; we really appreciate your feedback. I noticed that you ordered three samples of the kelpie on January 27th, and they were dispatched on the following working day, Monday, January 29th. According to the tracking information, they were delivered at 9:31 this morning, February 6th. We apologise for the delay in delivery, as we understand it must have been frustrating. Unfortunately, once our sample deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail, they are beyond our control, and we rely on their services to ensure timely delivery. We apologise once again for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. Now that you've received your samples, we hope they prove helpful in allowing you to review the designs and make a decision. “Ordered 3x free samples. They took a almost two weeks to arrive. The samples are only good for a colour swatch, you can't tell how thick or well made the panels are as what you get is just the top layer of the panel.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate the feedback. We apologise for the delay in your sample delivery, we received a large influx of sample orders and currently only have one team member working through them as quickly as possible. I can see you ordered some Fibo samples, which are the size of a credit card. Unfortunately, this is the standard size for the industry, as these are supplied by the brands. They have been designed purely for you to see the colour of the laminate; if it were for the design and thickness of the ply, they would be a lot larger and heavier, meaning we would need to charge. Each sample product does cover this in the content, but if you do require a sample showing the layers of ply then we ask people to write this in the comments box. You are more than welcome to contact us via email, phone or socials as we can send you photos; alternatively, please pop through another sample and write in the comments box, and the team will send you out a physical sample showing the layers, you can also request a T&G sample if that's needed. “Sent for wall panel samples for our new ensuite. Was very impressed with the speed of delivery and was going to order. Unfortunately a family emergency meant I was and still am, away from home so had to rely on our builders purchasing wall panels locally. Sorry!”
