“Order and delivery was smooth. I forgot to add spring bars, although I knew that it wouldn’t be included – maybe it could be good to add a reminder to the checkout flow? Removing links turned out to be easier than I expected – this and how much you can shorten the strap could perhaps be highlighted in the description.”
