“I find your products, website and staff excellent! But I feel I must bring to your attention the fact that your products are priced in such a way that it always works in your favour when it comes to pstage costs. Whenever I receive a discount code, birthday voucher or customer review discount code, I make up an order to a value of over £50 to avoid postage costs. But when I apply my code, obviosly the order value on my shopping basket drops and I then get penalised and hit with the postage cost. I feel this is cheeky and a bit unfair because I the customer has already made up an order to avoid this cost and to have it put on after I have applied my code is somewhat disappointing and disheartening to say the least. I do understand that a business needs to cover its costs, but it's like having the rug pulled from under your feet. I welcome your response on this matter. Yours sincerely, Christopher Frith”
