“The product I recieved was immaculate and of great quality, excellent value and functionality for different types of weather (cold, wet, etc). I was also very happy to see that it was manufactured in the UK. The shipping time was also very good and I got to enjoy my new jacket very soon. I would look forward to purchasing further products from W&H.”

“J'ai trouvé les prix corrects. Les produits sont de bonne qualité et fabriqués au Royaume Uni. Comparé à des produits fabriqués en Asie dans des conditions déplorables, les prix sont tout à fait corrects. J'ai commandé un mardi, en craignant quelque peu que la taille ne soit pas bonne et que je doive retourner les articles. Les articles sont de la bonne taille, mais en plus j'ai été livré, 3 jours plus tard, le vendredi. Très bonnes surprises. Je recommanderai dans quelques temps, d'autres vêtements chez Walker et Hawkes. Recevoir aussi rapidement des vêtements de cette qualité est vraiment appréciable.”

“I received the wrong product and what brothers me most is that there is no feedback. No mail from the shipment company, no information what so ever. I understand that it will need some time but it would be nice to know if it is received.. waited long for the jumper so I hope the right jumper arrives a month later…. Printing label size is not according to the A6 unfortunately.”

“I love this jacket. The fit is pretty much perfect the colour is as advertised. It’s a very nice twist on the classic wax jacket design that has already received many compliments. It is much warmer than you would believe on chilly days. If you are on the fence about buying one just do it. You won’t regret it. If I had a gripe it would be that I paid extra for 3 day delivery and didn’t receive it till over a week later. But I must stress that this is a Royal Mail failing Not Walker and Hawkes fault.”
