“I ordered four gilets (two made of tweed canvas and two waxed). I am very happy with my garments. Perfect fitting, nice looking and very comfortable and warm. They made a mistake in the shipment delivering one wrong item but they proceeded with the exchange in a short time and in due manner, being interested and connected in order to arrange the best solution to the situation. “Your service and efficiency were excellent. However,I experienced some difficulties with the delivery because DHL required me to pay extra duties and taxes.Thanks to your customer service,the problem was solved. As a matter of principle,I would like to know if,when shopping from the EU,France in my case,the price of the order includes all duties and taxes.If not,it should be stated clearly beforehand.”

“I bought a wax coat. I am really pleased with it. I'm a big guy and XXL fitted me perfectly and I can get a jumper on underneath. Delivery was fast I liked the website. I felt I was buying from a premium company with premium products. One day I will be able to afford the tweed jacket. I will come here to buy it. Thanks Walker and Hawkes”
