“Was looking forward to these items but hitting 3 weeks and not received. My email was ignored and now Klarna are chasing me up and if i don't pay it will affect my credit score. I dont intend to pay for items i have not recived. Finally got a reponse to say 1 item is lost and 1 is delayed but too late now as klarna needs to be paid and i no longer need items.”

I'm unimpressed by the return process - I logged a return request and I haven't heard back for a week. I've never come across such a lengthy process to simply post a return.”
